Thursday after school is Happy Hang Out / aerial yoga for the infants-  ages 5 -7. Its exercise in disguise ..... lots of fun exploring what we can do with the yoga slings, often things we didn't think possible !

We finish with a relaxing cocoon pose in the slings and a guided mindfulness/relaxation, followed with a heathy treat to keep them going until tea time.

Children attending AIS infant school will be collected from school by Rebecca. Those attending other schools can be dropped off at 3.25pm. the session will finish at 4.20pm

This is the first extra curricular club my son has joined and it's wonderful to see him enjoying the activity with his friends, while learning new skills in a safe and welcoming environment. Come and experience a healing sound bath, no effort required, whilst cocooned in a sling. 

The 60 minute long session will leave you feeling blissed out taking the healing vibrations with you for up three days.

Quantum healing facilitates the healing  of all areas connected to both current & past life trauma. We hold these traumas in our bodies and they present as dis'ease' triggering a sign/ aliment in our bodies that demands our attention. 
 Quantum healing facilitates  the process of healing so the body can let go of the trauma and heal itself deeply and profoundly. 

We know that everything in the universe is made from energy and how we interact with this energy plays a role in shaping that reality.

In this group setting quantum healing is used with a group theme/ intention to harmonise the energy and enhance  the power of the bowls and the Cacao. Some personal elements can be included, but may also be best looked at in 1:1s, in either case please let me know more.

Cacao is served as ceremonial drink with organic dairy free milk and cinnamon. We use this sacred plant with a deep spiritual meaning because it is believed to open the heart, promote deep connection to oneself and others, facilitate emotional release, and foster a sense of unity and compassion,

Cacao is also considered a superfruit because it's rich in nutrients and antioxidants.

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get in the swing but Bec talked us through the different positions we could take and actually it was the first time in ages my back pain was relived. I understand that whilst Gong and sound baths are generally safe and deeply restorative, there are certain circumstances where extra care or adaptations are needed.

I understand that most people can enjoy a sound bath. You can choose to lie down in a comfortable position either in the sling or mat. If lying flat isn’t possible sitting in a chair or against the wall. Bolsters, cushions, or blankets can help you stay comfortable for the duration of the session. All of which are provided.

Gong baths for Pregnancy  before 13 weeks isn’t advised, unless a healthcare professional has suggested otherwise.

Severe or untreated mental health conditions such as acute psychosis or very recent trauma may require more tailored approaches and professional support alongside sound work.

I understand that  Epilepsy or sound-triggered seizures high-volume vibrations may be a trigger for some, so check with a health professional first.

I understand that  recent surgery, injury, or unstable health conditions should be checked with your doctor before attending.

I understand that  severe tinnitus or sound sensitivity the volume and frequency can be adjusted, or earplugs can be used.

Bec has been working with my teenage daughter to help her with anxiety and things have really improved. We have tried many things in the past such as counselling and CBT but she hadn’t engaged with any of it.  Bec used remote and face to face quantum healing to help my daughter work through her issues. She could feel when Bec was working on her and found the experience very relaxing. The information Bec relayed to us afterwards was strange at times, yet made perfect sense. I have seen my daughter make real progress after each session, gaining confidence,  becoming more reflective and less reactive to life’s stressors.
