Quantum healing facilitates the healing  of all areas connected to both current & past life trauma. We hold these traumas in our bodies and they present as dis'ease' triggering a sign/ aliment in our bodies that demands our attention. 
 Quantum healing facilitates  the process of healing so the body can let go of the trauma and heal itself deeply and profoundly.

In this group setting quantum healing is used with a group theme/ intention to harmonise the energy and enhance  the power of the bowls and the Cacao. Some personal elements can be included, but may also be best looked at in 1:1s, in either case please let me know more.

Cacao is served as ceremonial drink with organic dairy free milk and cinnamon. We use this sacred plant with a deep spiritual meaning because it is believed to open the heart, promote deep connection to oneself and others, facilitate emotional release, and foster a sense of unity and compassion,

I understand that whilst Gong and sound baths are generally safe and deeply restorative, there are certain circumstances where extra care or adaptations are needed.

I understand that most people can enjoy a sound bath. You can choose to lie down in a comfortable position either in the sling or mat. If lying flat isn’t possible sitting in a chair or against the wall. Bolsters, cushions, or blankets can help you stay comfortable for the duration of the session. All of which are provided.

Gong baths for Pregnancy  before 13 weeks isn’t advised, unless a healthcare professional has suggested otherwise.

Severe or untreated mental health conditions such as acute psychosis or very recent trauma may require more tailored approaches and professional support alongside sound work.

I understand that  Epilepsy or sound-triggered seizures high-volume vibrations may be a trigger for some, so check with a health professional first.

I understand that  recent surgery, injury, or unstable health conditions should be checked with your doctor before attending.

I understand that  severe tinnitus or sound sensitivity the volume and frequency can be adjusted, or earplugs can be used.

Aerial slings/ Happy Hang Out  are perfect for birthday parties, they are so much fun and unlike anything else!

We play lots of games whilst building confidence in learning how to use the slings in different ways/poses. We progress to a few tricks if and when appropriate for the confidence in the group. It’s a lovely, nurturing  setting for between 6 and 12 slings. If you are booking is in the warmer months we  can use the covered pergola area too.Each child has their own sling for the full hour, no waiting for turns and the warm up and cool down  incorporates the sling. Sessions are 1hour 15 minutes or 2 hours 15 minutes if you add mindful making see party option 2. 

You are welcome to leave the group and collect at the end.

With  parental consent, each child will have a digital photo of their individual ‘power pose’ and a a group photograph will be sent to you. Along with a discount  voucher for  as future  booking for each child. We always finish with a healthy treat (dried fruit snack, cereal bar etc….)

In person sessions can be combined with crystal alchemy bowls to aid your journey into a relaxed state, accompanied by the yoga slings/ hammock or a yoga mat, bolsters and blankets. Healing sessions can also be *without* the crystal bowls.

Alternatively, healing sessions can be facilitated remotely, whilst you find a comfy area in your own home. A date & time would be agreed, we would speak just before to ensure any questions are answered & again afterwards, to cover what came up, further questions & how to move forward.
