What do I need

Comfortable clothing, layers to ensure you are as warm or as cool as you prefer. Blankets & eye pillows are provided, but feel free to bring your own should you prefer.

What happens if I am late

To ensure the comfort and experience of everyone here, if you are running more than 5 mins late you will need to rebook. The door will be closed and the session started promptly.

Had the most fantastic experience, Rebecca is so warm and friendly, she explains everything so clearly. The slings are so comfy and the whole space has a beautiful vibe. The sound bath was amazing, I’ve never felt so relaxed, and had the best nights sleep ever afterwards. Would highly recommend- I will definitely be returning!
